Blooming Tired

Sorry I've been so quiet - I've been working 3 different jobs for the last 3 weeks so I have had very little time or energy for crafting.  But as of today I have just my new job so I will have my crafty time back again. Yay!

Today's card is using paper scraps from the Bird Song paper pad from First Edition. I used to store my papers in colour families but aside from it looking pretty it didn't really work for me as I struggled to find a co-ordinating paper when I was working on something.    

Writing with Dominoes

Just popping in to share the birthday card I made for my cousin, using the 'Domino' stamp set by Tracey Hey. I love all the cute little critters (though I'm not sure what the one I've coloured dark brown actually is, lol).

For today's card I've used the Animal Balloons digi stamp by Rachelle Anne Miller. To make a more CAS card I cropped the image to remove the bunny/mouse and other balloons. 

Pig Tower

Just popping in with a card I made with the fabulous pig from the 'Down on the Farm' set by Stamping Bella.  I stamped him at the top of a piece of ultra smooth 200gsm paper then covered him with a post-it note mask to stamp the one underneath (... and repeat).

For today's card I've used the adorable 'Be Hap-pea' stamp set by Lawn Fawn.

Little alpaca herd

I've been having a play with one of the stamps in the 'Friends' set by Tracey Hey and made myself a mini herd of alpacas.



The one on the left is the image as it comes in the set, I used masking and mirror stamping to do the other two. 

Frog Dude

Hello lovely peeps, I'm just popping in to share the card I made for my nephew's birthday.
 

I just love the kooky expressions on the animals in the Crazy Critters stamp set by Hobby Art. I coloured the frog with Copic markers before fussy cutting him out & layering up with various papers from my stash.

Other Ingredients:-
One Birdie Lane 8x8 paper pad (Lili of the Valley/Nitwit)

grey & black memento ink

tropical leaf die and watercolour paper coloured with distress ink

May Calendar Page

Just popping in to share the 'May' page I made for my calendar. I printed it off in March and stamped the image but I've only just had the chance to colour it in.
 

I used an old LOTV stamp called 'Watering Can' which doesn't seem to be available as a digi stamp in their shop, but you can get the Simply Print version 

Two Quarters

 I'm delighted to say that I'm a Guest Designer over at AAA Cards for their latest challenge. 
 

They've got a new theme this time, which is 'Two Quarters' 



and I chose to follow the optional twist of 'Rainbow'.

Little Rabbit

I coloured this Gorjuss 'I love you little rabbit' image over a year ago so it was ideal when I needed to make a quick card up.

I think these guys are celebrating a birthday rather than a vaccination though!

This card is a variation on one I did a few months back with Oddball Shopper from Stamping Bella  and Leonie's "In a Spin" die. These cuties are from stamp set #51 by Olga Heldwein for Aall & Create.
