Ribbit

Hello lovely peeps

For today's card I stamped Pen Pattern Frog (Stampendous) onto white shrink plastic with black stazon. Once the ink was dry I coloured it in with pencils and cut it out before shrinking with a heat gun.

The Ribbit sentiment is from the Be Hoppy stamp set from Aall & Create.

I would like to enter my card in the following challenges:-

Simply Less is More #477 Colour wheel - use 2 or more colours

Summer Leaves

A bit of watercolour stamping for you today using a beautiful set called 'Summer Leaves' by Stampendous (I've had these for over 10 years but bizarrely not made much use of them).

I find I get the best results with this technique if I stamp once onto scrap paper and then spritz the stamp with water before stamping onto my project.

Ranunculus Field

Hello lovely peeps

I've got an 8x8 card to show you today, using Ranunculus Field from Stampendous. It's great for repeat stamping as the shape of the right hand side fits in snugly with the left hand side.

Robin gift bag

Hello lovely peeps.

I found a lovely card on Pinterest by Minna0402 and it inspired me to do something similar with some kraft paper bags that I bought last month for decorating.

First I stamped the snowbird (Stampendous) onto Kraft card with Black Archival Ink and coloured it in with my new Gansai Tambi paints

I used some Artemio stamps and Timber Brown Stazon to add some interest around the edges

and then splattered on white acrylic paint to make it look snowy.
I attached a snowflake charm (Dovecraft) by wrapping white twine around and then matted and layered onto a Kraft bag with red and white card

It's finished off with a Christmassy red bow and some white pine sprig die-cuts (Impression Obsession)
