Ribbit

Hello lovely peeps

For today's card I stamped Pen Pattern Frog (Stampendous) onto white shrink plastic with black stazon. Once the ink was dry I coloured it in with pencils and cut it out before shrinking with a heat gun.

The Ribbit sentiment is from the Be Hoppy stamp set from Aall & Create.

Monochrome Leaf

Hello lovely peeps, I hope you are well.

I finally got back in my craft room after an absence of several months (more on that later) so that I could make a card for my Guest Designer spot today at AAA Birthday 

This month's challenge theme is 'Monochrome'

You can use shades of any one colour (and it has to be a birthday card). Given the autumnal feel to the weather at the moment I went for orange.    

Blooming Tired

Sorry I've been so quiet - I've been working 3 different jobs for the last 3 weeks so I have had very little time or energy for crafting.  But as of today I have just my new job so I will have my crafty time back again. Yay!

Today's card is using paper scraps from the Bird Song paper pad from First Edition. I used to store my papers in colour families but aside from it looking pretty it didn't really work for me as I struggled to find a co-ordinating paper when I was working on something.

Just popping in to share the birthday card I made for my cousin, using the 'Domino' stamp set by Tracey Hey. I love all the cute little critters (though I'm not sure what the one I've coloured dark brown actually is, lol).

Icecream of course

Hello lovely peeps, I hope you are well.
 

I've made a card for the current As You Like It challenge 'Favourite Food & why' - which is, of course, icecream. I usually fancy something sweet after a meal and icecream is my go-to dessert. 

The best icecream I ever had was in Mousehole, it was rhubarb and ginger. I was so gutted they didn't do that flavour the next time I visited. Regular portions of coffee and/or salted caramel icecream soften the blow a little :D
