Hello lovely peeps, I hope you are well.

I've got an 18th birthday card to share with you today, using 'Posh has a Present' by Stamping Bella. The papers are from a digital paper pack called 'Doodle Deux' by Prima which I got at Snap Click Supply. As they are digital papers I was able to add a personalised sentiment on my computer before printing.

I've got an 18th Birthday card for you today, using one of the Thoroughly Modern Misses from Lili of the Valley.

Molly the Optimist

Hello lovely peeps, hope you are well.

I'm feeling old  ;D

Today's card is for my beautiful, clever and charming niece who will be 18 at the weekend.

The stamp is called 'Opal the Optimist', from Stamping Bella. There is a lovely sentiment with it which I have put on the inside of the card:-

'May your glass always be half full'

I hasten to add that this is a wish that her future will be full of happy & wonderful things, as opposed to suggesting she is going to be an alcoholic :)

I have coloured Opal/Molly in with my Graph'It markers:-

The '18' stamp is by Woodware and I have paper pieced it with Romance and Roses papers from Nitwit. The flowers in the corner are from the same 'kit'.

For the layout I've used a sketch from the current challenge at Creative Inspirations

and also I've taken inspiration for the wording from DT Kat's gorgeous card.
