Hello lovely peeps, I hope you are well.
Just popping in to share the Mother's Day card I made, using "Sabrina Loves the Spa" by Stamping Bella. I stamped her onto watercolour paper and coloured with Distress Markers before fussy cutting.
I carried through the spa theme with the card base, starting with some lovely pale blue Adorable Scorable from Hunkydory, cut and folded into a Z shape. It's a bit hard to see but for the pool I ran some acetate through my embossing machine with an old Crafters Companion embossing folder called "waves". Some patterned paper behind adds even more texture. For the sauna/steam rooms I made door frames out of wood effect card and added vellum behind for a frosted look.
The plants are from the "Housecats" stamps/dies by MFT and the sentiment is from a Taylored Expressions stamp set, heat embossed with white embossing powder.
