Brown the Deer for LOTV

Hello lovely peeps and welcome to my new email follower :o)

For today's card I've used one of the new felt patterns from Lili of the Valley, but instead of using the templates to cut out fabric I've done paper piecing with them.

The papers are called Coffee Talk from Nitwit Collections and I've added a sentiment from the Baby Sentiments set by LOTV, printed straight onto the background card.

Other ingredients:-
frayed burlap distress ink to colour the edges of each piece
brown pencil for the eyebrows
black card candi
white gel pen
mini tonic flower punch
white adhesive pearls
blue organza ribbon

I would like to enter this in the following challenges:-
Crafty Friends Challenge #89 lace/ribbon
Incy Wincy Designs - ribbon and/or lace
Sunny Day Crafting any animal on project
2 Crafty Critter Crazies #17 Anything Goes with a critter
Crafty Creations #372 Anything Goes
Through The Craft Room Door - Anything Goes

Thanks for stopping by,
Katrina x

That's adorable Katrina. You always think outside the box and paper piecing is a great idea, perfect choice of papers too!
