hap-pea birthday

Hello lovely peeps

For today's card I've used the adorable 'Be Hap-pea' stamp set by Lawn Fawn.

I started by stamping the pods with Mowed Lawn distress ink in a line onto supersmooth paper then covering the bottom halves with masks and adding in the peas along with some leaves and swirls.

After colouring them in with Copic markers I stamped on their little faces with black Memento ink and cut out the strip, leaving a small border.

For the background I put some Imagination inks into spritzer bottles with a little water and spritzed onto some watercolour card, drying with a heat gun between each colour.

After stamping the sentiment (I had to hand draw in a little '2') I finished off with the musical notes.
