Hello lovely peeps
Before I explain how I did my card I would like to invite you to join our new Facebook Group 'We Love Lili of the Valley'. It's run by the Design Team so you can guarantee you’ll find the latest news and sneak peeks on there first.
We would love you all to share your creations using LOTV products on there too.
So, for today's card I've used one of the gorgeous new Large Christmas Greetings. I'm so happy that Lili of the Valley have switched back to rubber stamps, this set especially is very versatile.
First I made an 'inkpad' with FlitterGlu (from IndigoBlu) and a piece of Ranger Cut and Dry foam - just work a few small dollops into the foam surface with a palette knife (or your finger 😂) and then 'ink' your stamp with it. Once you have stamped onto your project (in this case some Neenah Desert Storm kraft card) make sure to get the stamp into water straight away.
I sprinkled 3 different colours of glitter on and dabbed down with a dry finger to make sure the glitter was stuck to the glue.
After tapping off the excess I added some foliage which I cut from my last small piece of copper mirri card (must order some more) with Tim Holtz dies.
A couple of red sequin stars finish it off.
I would like to enter this in the following challenges:-
Fab 'n' Funky #411 Autumn colours
As You Like It Challenge CAS or FAF - I've been in a CAS mood for several months now, I love the simplicity and all the 'white' space
Addicted to Stamps and More #313 holiday
My Time to Craft #381 use kraft card
Papercraft Challenges #22 diecuts and punches
Thanks for stopping by,
Katrina x
