Sketchy Flowers on Throwback Tuesday

Hello lovely peeps and welcome to my new email followers :o)

This week's Throwback Tuesday features some old scribbly flower stamps by Artemio. There's no date on the packet, but they were on QVC when Dawn Bibby was still presenting so they're donkey's years old :0)

First I stamped the background straight onto my 6x6 card blank. It's not quite long enough to cover so I turned the stamp around and stamped it again - the join will be covered up.

Next I stamped the flowers and leaves onto Sheena's stamping card with Black Archival Ink and coloured them in with Gansai Tambi watercolour paints (34, 53, 20).

For the sentiment I used one of the Label Love stamps by Altenew, stamped onto white card with Black Memento and sprinkled with clear embossing powder.

I added another layer of embossing powder to make it extra glossy and appear more like the original Dymo tape.

I would like to enter this in the following challenges:-
CAS On Friday #119 Flowers
That's Crafty! Challenge Blog Forever floral
Penny Black and More  Close to nature
Simon Says Stamp (Wed)  Anything Goes
Creative Fingers #139 Anything Goes
  Thanks for stopping by,
Katrina x
