Since slimline cards seem to be all the rage at the moment I thought I would have a go at one.
I die-cut circles into a piece of white card 10cm x 20.5cm and put 3D foam on the reverse to add dimension. Then I glued larger circles of paper onto a DL card base to go behind the apertures.
