A Little Bit Floral on Throwback Tuesday

Hello lovely peeps

Today's card features one of the Lily stamps from the 'A Little Bit Floral' range by Sheena Douglass.

I stamped the largest lily a couple of times onto Inkylicious Satin card with Black Archival Ink and coloured the flowers in with Spectrum Aqua markers before fussy cutting.

For the sentiment I used the 'Birthday' stamp from Lili of the Valley's
'Statements - Fabulous' set (this set is retired but is still available as digi stamps). I used Versamark ink to stamp it onto Kraft card, then sprinkled with Stampendous White Detail embossing powder and heated it to set. A thin border of white card helps to 'lift' it.

The 'happy' was cut from black card with a Memory Box die.

I would like to enter this in the following challenges:-
Addicted to Stamps 155 AG with flowers
Craft Rocket Challenges #42 birthday or pretty pinks
Creative Knockouts #215 CAS
Seize The Birthday Anything Birthday Goes

  Thanks for stopping by,
Katrina x

Such a pretty card, lovely colouring of the beautiful flower stamp and like the two different fonts of the happy birthday sentiment.

Love the use of Kraft card stock! This is a such a terrific birthday card with the bold greeting! You also did a great job fussy cutting as well, I would have thought it was a die cut! Thanks for being in our gallery over at Seize the Birthday!
