Hello lovely peeps, hope you are all well.
I had a dig around for some of my Gorjuss stamps so I could make a card for the Sugar Nellie challenge and found one of my faves. This is so me as a child, I always had my head in a book!
We didn't do thank you cards for teachers when I was at school (many moons ago) but if I could go back in time there's a few favourites I would definitely make a card for.
I thought Mr Williams (business studies) was the coolest teacher ever. He was always changing his facial hair and was a teensy bit of a socialist. Mr Davies (physics) was very funny, made the subject interesting and was the image of a mad scientist. Mr Robertson was my tutor and art teacher and always encouraged me, even though I was very mediocre at art.
They, and many others, were a very positive influence in my formative years (although the only change I make to my facial hair is to remove it constantly :D )
I'm sure you'll join me in giving a big 'hurrah' for teachers everywhere.

so totally cute.. thanks for joining us at Your Next Stamp..
This card is absolutely adorable! I taught school for several years, but I never got a card as cool as this one! I love the whimsical feel of it, yet it is colored expertly! I also appreciated how you included a pic of all the markers you used. Very helpful info! I also liked how you incorporated the alphabet on the side of the card to go along with the school theme. Beautiful work and I'm so glad you shared it with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
So cute love how you added the buttons and the colours so pretty! :)
hi Katarina, your card is gorjuss! my DIL is a teacher and we love to go through all the cards she gets at the end of term. She treasures them all but handmade cards like your's are extra special. I love the colours you have used and your colouring is amazing! thank you for joining us at the sugar bowl. hugs Suzanne xx

Such a sweet image against a great layout - the chocolate wave looks so good embossed. Thanks for joining in the fun at YNS and sharing your take on color challenge #15!
Love your Gorjuss girl and your elegant simple layout. That side panel is really effective. I love the embossing.
