Hello lovely peeps and welcome to my new follower :o)
Back to clean and simple today with another card using the Large Christmas Greetings stamps from Lili of the Valley.
First I cut the snowflake aperture from a 6x6" linen textured card blank using a Hero Arts die. I attached a piece of acetate on the inside of the card front and glued on the 2 extra bits of the 'negative' shape.
Next I lined the inside of the card (the back) with one of the new Frozen Snowflakes papers so you could see it through the aperture.
I inked up the 'Wishes' stamp with Distress Inks (Tumbled Glass, Salty Ocean and Peacock Feathers) and spritzed with a little water mist before stamping straight onto the card (I did practice on scrap paper first to make sure it worked, lol). The smaller greetings also come in the set to accompany the larger words - I stamped one onto a scrap of the Frozen Snowflake paper, then attached it to the card along with a few Tonic Nuvo Drops to decorate.
I would like to enter this in the following challenges:-
Cards In Envy Favourite holiday card
Happy Little Stampers Christmas option of Ribbon
