Hello lovely peeps
Just popping in to show you the card I made for Goddaughter #1 Hannah's wedding recently. Sorry the photos are a bit rubbish, I was up faffing with it right up until the last minute and didn't have the best light when I came to photograph it.
Ingredients:
Simply The Best white 200gsm card
Bridesmaids digi stamp from Lili of the Valley
Summer Church rubber stamp from LOTV
Mr and Mrs rubber stamp from LOTV
Sketchy Wishes sentiment from LOTV
black Memento inkpad
Copic markers
scraps of patterned paper from stash
X-cut funky heart nesting dies
personalised details printed from computer
antique linen distress ink
Tim Holtz foilage die
flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts
white adhesive pearls
I had in mind that I wanted to make a little scene, but I also wanted an unusual fold to make it more special. Hopefully they like the end result :o)
To start the scene off I put a church on the centre panel.
(Summer Church from LOTV)
Because I'm a stickler for detail I asked the bride-to-be for the colour of the bridesmaid's dresses back in February :o)
(Bridesmaids digi stamp from Lili of the Valley)
In real life the colour was a bit more subtle, but it wasn't too bad a match. Don't they all look gorgeous?
I uhmmed and aahhed over which of my lovely LOTV wedding stamps to use for the bride and groom, this one was the best for scale.
Mr and Mrs from Lili of the Valley)

I'll leave you with my favourite photo from the day - he's holding her bouquet as she and I had spent the last couple of minutes picking bits of field out of her train :o)
Thanks for stopping by,
Katrina x
