Fairy Tiptoe on Throwback Tuesday

Hello lovely peeps

As I mentioned last week, I have run out of older cards to show you so I will showcase my older stamps on Throwback Tuesdays from now on.

By happy coincidence the theme for this month's Lili of the Valley Challenge is 'Retro' - make something with the first LOTV image you bought (or one of the first if you can't remember exactly).

This is one of the first Lili of the Valley stamps that I ever bought, called On Tiptoe. She has been one of their most popular stamps and is still available in rubber format seven years on.  You can also get her as a digi stamp or pre-coloured as a Simply Print

I stamped her onto Hunkydory's Colour Me card with Black Memento ink and coloured her in with Promarkers (names) and Graph'Its (numbers)
Skin: Coral, Sunkissed Pink, Blush
Hair: 9407, 9404, 9403
Dress: 5215, 4147, YR000 (copic)
Tights: Cool Grey 3, Cool Grey 1
Wings/Grass: Pear Green, Lime Zest, Aniseed

The background paper is from one of my all time favourite pads - Firefly by Prima (6"x6").

I was planning to add lots of flowers around the edge anyway but after I had a little accident dropping an ink pad on my desk I was kind of committed to it :D

The flowers were from a mix of places - the tiny Peach Puff Rose and White Foundation Blooms are from Wild Orchid Crafts, the Large Rose (salmon colour) is from Anna Marie designs and the Baby Pink Cherry Blossoms are from The Ribbon Girl, as is the glittery ribbon.

I would like to enter this in the following challenges:-
The Ribbon Girls October any image

Deep Ocean Challenge #165 colours of autumn
Pile It On  #135 Fantasy
Noor Autumn colours
