Things with Wings challenge at Crafty Calendar

Hello peeps, how are you?


It's the first Saturday of the month, so it's time for a new challenge at Crafty Calendar and the theme is 'Things with Wings'.

We have two sponsors this month:-



For my card I've used Hanging Birdhouse, which I coloured in with Promarkers and then masked with Pebeo drawing gum so I could do the background. The sky was done with a peacock blue aqua marker but was too bright so I toned the colour down with white acrylic paint.

The birds are cut with Marianne dies from a Country Gent paper from Lili of the Valley (now retired but available as a digi paper in the Crab Apple collection at Nitwit)

The greeting was done with some handy little wooden alphabet stamps that I've had for years
